Prior to this, Ms. Fakude served as Group Executive at Nedbank Limited responsible for corporate affairs, strategy and transformation.

Matsi Modise is the Managing Director of SiMODiSA, an industry association whose mission is to accelerate entrepreneurship by collaborating with policy makers to enhance the success rate of high impact, high growth entrepreneurs. She is the former National Executive Director of the South African Black Entrepreneurs Forum (SABEF) and is an avid entrepreneurship activist. Matsi is the founder of Furaha Afrika Holding (Pty) Ltd, a Pan African advisory company that focuses on enterprise and business development solutions.
Her experience ranges from Investment Banking at Investec Bank Ltd, and Enterprise Development advisory with South African banks, institutions of higher learning and corporate entities. As Executive Vice President, Energy Business, Maurice Radebe is responsible for Sasol’s Energy Business globally. He is accountable for the successful marketing of all the Energy Business’ products as well as managing the gas-to-liquids (GTL) joint ventures in Qatar (ORYX GTL) and Nigeria (EGTL), the gas-to-power (GTP) venture in Mozambique and potential GTL and GTP ventures worldwide. Global Public Affairs and Real Estate Services, South Africa are also part of his portfolio.
Mr Radebe joined Sasol Oil (now part of the Energy Business) in January 2004 when Sasol Oil purchased Exel Petroleum, where he was Managing Director. He was appointed as Managing Director, Fuels Marketing at Sasol Oil, responsible for all liquid fuels products through retail and wholesale channels. He served as Managing Director of Sasol Oil from December 2006 to October 2010.
He was appointed to the Group Executive Committee on 1 November 2010 and was responsible for global Corporate Affairs, Government Relations and Enterprise Development. Maurice is an experienced business executive who has engaged at high level with governments as well as other stakeholders within a highly regulated environment.

Nona’s career in trading began in 1992 at First National Bank where she was a Foreign Exchange Trader. On leaving First National in 1997 she was employed by the Central Energy Fund (CEF) as a Foreign Exchange Trader and later moved to the subsidiary of CEF, Strategic Fuel Fund (SFF) as a
Crude Oil Trader. Her responsibilities included crude oil trading, risk management, management of strategic crude oil storage tanks, management and relocation of strategic crude oil from Ogies mines to Saldanha in South Africa.

Unleashing Leadership Potential (ULP) is a leadership development program aspiring to contribute and promote leadership development, the general welfare of the community, together with youth involvement and participation. The inspiration for the formation of this program/community emanated from a keen interest shown by a group of ambitious young people with a desire to enrich the community. Through regular mentorship sessions it became clear that the experience of leadership development through engaging with prominent leaders, hearing their stories and learning from their success, needed to be shared with a wider audience. Thus a program was developed that allows for such engagement as well as facilitating further understanding and practice of leadership teachings.
